The Cardinia 3 has everything you need and want in a home without breaking the bank. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas and a walk-in pantry. There is also a 3 bedroom or a study option as well. This floor plan is available for walk throughs at the Spring Creek estate, as we are currently building a slightly modified version.

Executive Range

These floor plans are most suitable for narrow blocks. These types of lots are sometimes limited in space, but with the executive range of plans you can find a layout that suits your block and your needs.

Classique Range

Suitable for a standard sized block. These homes are slightly smaller than the family range, without compromising on quality and features. Classique homes are budget friendly and have 3 or 4 bedroom options.

Family Range 

These homes are suitable for larger blocks as well as many of the acreage blocks. Most are 4 bedroom options, with 2 living areas and a large kitchen. The display home at 8 Gunsynd Drive Beaudesert hosts the Linne in a slightly modified and adaptable version. 

Homestead Range

Suitable for a large- acreage sized block. These homes are larger than the family range. Homestead homes are as the name suggests- large and spacious. With options for mudrooms, multiple living rooms and a second kitchen there is bound to be a design that suits everyone's needs.

Caribbean Range

These homes are our simpler home designs- single living, 4 bedrooms and a basic kitchen. For the investor looking for a budget build for renters or for first home buyers trying to break into the market there is a cost effective design for everyone. These are also very good for the downsizers who are wanting to do away with the extra rooms in their homes that they don't use.
